Challenge
To help this business consulting firm—formerly called FortéCEO—to both expand beyond Chicago and increase the size of their average engagement. With a unique opportunity to exhibit at a national trade show, they had only six weeks to develop a comprehensive messaging platform.
Solution
We interviewed clients and referral sources to determine how the firm differed from other business consulting firms and turnaround experts. This resulted in a new positioning platform, from which we created new collateral materials and a new tagline—“Change. Delivered.” This has led directly to an increased volume of leads and, consequently, to the firm’s commitment to a sustained year-round communications program.
