
Jeorjina Maltbie’s brand management experience and ability to thrive under pressure enable her to collaborate effectively with clients in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategies. She is highly regarded for her skill at keeping multiple projects on-budget and on-track—from conception to implementation.
Jeorjina’s creative talent and managerial experience led to increasingly senior roles and growing responsibilities at her previous positions. Most recently, Jeorjina was the communications manager of an AmLaw Top 25 global law firm. In this role she successfully managed multiple high-priority projects, including the launch and management of the firm’s corporate identity. She was responsible for the creative direction of firm-wide design initiatives, oversaw the development of all firm-wide collateral materials, and managed the creation of practice and office-specific promotional material developed to augment business development efforts in targeted markets.
Jeorjina also has in-depth knowledge of website development and the day-to-day management of Web initiatives, including specialized sites such as recruiting and diversity. She has extensive event planning experience having developed and managed office openings, centennial celebrations, and four-day retreats ranging from 200–1,000 attendees.
In addition to her leadership role at this Washington, D.C. law firm, Jeorjina also has worked in communication positions at the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Departments of the Army and Navy.
Jeorjina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where she majored in English language and literature. She is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association and is currently on the Board of the LMA Capital Chapter.
