She understands all aspects of brand development and marketing-needs analysis, production management, and vendor negotiations. Clients and Right Hat regularly rely on Denise’s ability to continually deliver exceptional quality work in a high-capacity, fast-paced graphic design environment.
With the added experience of growing and operating her own business, Denise is proactive and focused on improving efficiencies throughout the Right Hat operation, which translates to effective scheduling, production, and implementation for clients’ projects. She regularly works directly with clients as a liaison and consultant.
Denise’s varied skills include the creation and production of a complete brand development, marketing, and advertising campaign for a start-up advertising and marketing agency and the annual management of a production and creative services operating budget. Her experience also includes years of beneficially managing vendor relationships for a number of organizations, as well as managing production, quality, and staffing needs to maximize employee and equipment operating potential at a $2.5 million pre-press and print production business.
Denise’s recent work history includes a series of increasingly responsible positions at several organizations ranging in size from start-up companies to well-established corporations, including creative services/production manager at PARTNERS+simons and general manager at Communication Graf/x.
